FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF ENERGY-INFORMATIONAL EXCHANGE
HOW THE BRAIN, EMOTIONS AND FIELD FREQUENCIES INFLUENCE YOUR DECISIONS
In the modern world people are expected to make fast and accurate decisions. Your professional environment wants clarity, concentration, the ability to take responsibility and move forward without looking back ten times. But if you look inside honestly, the picture is usually different: inner dialogues do not stop, emotions argue with logic, the body responds with fatigue and sometimes simply switches off at the most important moment.
Below I will outline three basic principles from which we start working with clients. And if, while reading, you recognize yourself in the descriptions, this is already a first diagnostic marker: the system is asking for a reset.
Principle 1. Clarity of the channel between the right and left hemispheres
Imagine that two characters live inside you. One is a Poet, the other is an Engineer. The Poet is your right hemisphere: it feels the field finely, catches nuances, works with images, intuition, meanings that cannot always be immediately explained in words. The Engineer is your left hemisphere: it is responsible for structure, logic, analysis, numbers, sequence of steps. Both are important, both are necessary, but each has its own language and its own frequency.
When these two inner characters are synchronized, you perceive the signal from the world as a whole. Feeling raises the wave, logic makes sense of it, and a decision is born simultaneously from intuition and from analysis. But as soon as the frequencies diverge, the picture changes. One part of you feels, the other starts pressing with logic. You sense an impulse toward some step, and immediately an inner “devil’s advocate” turns on, explaining why it is risky, irrational, not the right time, “not now, let’s wait”.
This is how noise is formed: indecision, anxiety, endless doubts, the habit of chewing over the same thought for weeks. At the same time, the Poet, left without support from the Engineer, easily slips into daydreaming without action. And the Engineer, cut off from the Poet, turns into a rigid controller who can calculate everything but does not feel where you really need to go.
The essence of this principle is simple but not trivial: feeling must feel, and logic must calculate. You do not need to force logic to justify your fears, and you should not demand from your feelings proof that they are “right”. On the level of frequencies this means that the right and left hemispheres must work in one range of perception: not as two competing channels but as a single energy-informational network.
When such a frequency bridge is built, inner speech becomes coherent, decisions become clear and the background anxiety decreases noticeably. And it is exactly with this tuning – with restoring the clarity of the channel between the Poet and the Engineer – that we begin our work in the first sessions at the School of Cosmo-Knowledge: through training attention, through special energy-informational protocols and through a new type of thinking in which these two nodes of the system stop fighting and learn to cooperate.

Principle 2. Balance of field tension
Any system – an electrical network, a server, a human organism – works steadily only within a certain range of tension. The same thing happens with the nervous system, the psyche and your personal energy-informational field.
When you live for a long time in the mode of “I must”, suppressing your inner “I want”, when you constantly stay in conflicts, overload, personal or professional burnout, the tension of the field rises above the admissible level. The organism starts working at the limit, the psyche works in compensation mode, not in development. From the outside it looks like a person who is still holding on, continues to solve tasks, but more and more often says: “I have no strength” and catches himself on the feeling of inner emptiness.
There is also the opposite extreme – insufficient tension. The will does not switch on, decisions fall apart on the way, any action demands excessive effort, and the body tries to “save” resources by sliding into sluggishness and apathy. From the point of view of frequencies it is as if you connected a high-precision device to too weak a current: it is technically switched on, but works on the edge of shutting down.
Integrity of the system is not the victory of one part over another. It is a closed inner circuit in which the energy of the Poet really nourishes the Engineer, giving motivation and meaning, and the accuracy of the Engineer supports the flight of the Poet, turning inspiration into real steps, deadlines and results. We call this a connected frequency bridge.
When such a bridge is tuned, a dream does not remain a beautiful “someday” picture. It is smoothly translated into a sequence of actions. You do not wrench decisions out of yourself through pain and inner breaking – you see them as a natural continuation of your inner readiness. You begin to notice a different type of inner movement: you realize your action even before you take it and see the line of consequences – not only for the nearest day but for months ahead.
Work with the balance of tension is always multilayered. It is the body – rhythms, sleep, loads. It is emotional programs that have kept you in a certain range for years. It is inherited attitudes coming from the family, the social environment, the cultural field. In our classes and consultations we dismantle these levels gradually so that a person does not just “rest a little”, but truly reconfigures their inner circuit and comes out of the mode of constant compensation.
Principle 3. Conscious protocol of attention
The third principle sounds the simplest, but very often it lies at the root of the chaos we observe in life. Attention is your main operational resource. Wherever you direct it, energy automatically goes there. It is attention that chooses which frequencies you will amplify: anxiety, irritation, resentment – or clarity, creativity and will.
In our model there is nothing “sublime” about attention. It is a processor working with a huge flow of signals. Brain structures play the role of the analyzer, and the outer world acts as a gigantic network of frequency impulses. And if attention is not managed, it begins to live its own life. Random thought-viruses, obsessive fragments of dialogues, other people’s programs and social attitudes cling to the field. News and information flows take away the resource that could have gone into real change in your life.
Most people in this state do not even notice that they are not controlling their attention – they are servicing its endless demands. From morning to evening the system drives them from thought to thought, from reaction to reaction, from a small trigger to a big one, and by the evening a person sincerely feels exhausted even though, in fact, nothing important has been done during the day.
A conscious protocol of attention begins with a simple question: what exactly am I amplifying with my energy resource right now? This question sounds calm, without moralizing, but it turns the direction of action inward. You start to see how much time and strength goes into “service noise” – into mental arguments with people who are no longer in your life, into replaying the same scenarios, into chewing over situations that have already ended.
On the level of frequencies this is similar to clearing cache: unprocessed emotions and decisions remain in the system as frozen programs and continue to consume resources although the task itself has long been closed. As soon as you consistently close these “hanging windows”, a huge amount of energy is released – and it becomes clear that the problem was not in the “lack of strength” but in how exactly you were spending your attention.
How all this is connected with your life and work
If we put all three principles together, we get a quite coherent picture. Clarity of the channel between the right and left hemispheres gives you inner coherence: you stop living in the mode “I feel one thing, I do another”. Balance of field tension creates stability: you do not fall into burnout but also do not dissolve into sluggishness. A conscious protocol of attention returns to you the right to decide which frequencies to amplify – what you will multiply in your field every day.
You can check how well your system is coping with this by several simple signs. Pay attention to how much mental energy you spend daily on inner debates that lead nowhere. Remember how many opportunities you have missed only because you thought too long about whether to send a letter, get in touch, present yourself – and in the end saw an already closed door. Look at how often even a small choice – to write a message, schedule a meeting, make a phone call – turns for you into torture instead of being a natural continuation of your goals.
You are not born indecisive. You gradually unlearn to hear yourself as a whole – the one in whom the Poet and the Engineer are tuned to one frequency, whose field is not overloaded with excess tension and whose attention works not on autopilot but for them. At the moment when you notice this, you get the opportunity not just to “motivate yourself” but to truly re-write your energy-informational protocols.
If this approach resonates with you
The School of Cosmo-Knowledge of M. Bezan works online with people from different countries. We do not give universal recipes like “think positively” and we do not promise miracles in three days.
We systematically examine where exactly in your matrix the energy-informational exchange is disrupted and help you build an individual scheme of reconfiguration – from the brain and emotional programs to the field and the event line of your life.
